Entry visa:

In order to obtain entry visas, members of delegation are requested to send by email the VISA APPLICATION FORM as well as copies of their passports.

The Organizing Committee will take care of the necessary formalities.

NOTE!

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation introduces changes in the requirments for obtaining visa for foreign citizens, arriving in Russian Federation, who apply for a visa. These requirments are concerning with the passport copies.

Passport copy should be a very good scan with readable information and photo. The size of a scanned copy

should be the same like in original passport.

Otherwise Ministry reserves the right to deny visa obtaining.
